Ritz crackers are cheap at Publix, so here is a great recipe to try!

Yogurt Chicken

1 8 oz vanilla yogurt
Crushed Ritz crackers
4-6 boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup melted butter

Dip chicken in yogurt, then into the crushed ritz crackers. Put into a 9×13 baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.  Cook at 350 for 40 minutes. I love to add the Almond Rice as a side with this dish.

Almond Rice

1/2 cube butter
2 cups rice

Saute together and stir until rice is lightly brown Put into a 9 x 13 baking dish and add:

1 can beef consomme soup
3 cups water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup sliced or slivered almonds

Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Enjoy!
