This week at CVS, some shoppers got a $3/2 store coupon valid on Hallmark cards. This coupon applies to other items, such as Hallmark ribbons and bags, making them free.
My account also received a new coupon this morning, BOGO free greeting cards. This coupon attached to Hallmark gift bags and ribbon, bringing the price down to as low as $0.24.
