January is National Blood Donor Month, and because the country is suffering from the worst blood shortage in a decade, Krispy Kreme is giving away a free dozen Original Glazed doughnuts to anyone who donates blood from Jan. 24 – Jan. 31, 2022.

It’s just one of our many ways to get Krispy Kreme free doughnuts and deals.

Here’s how to get the deal:

First, you should check to see if you’re eligible for a blood donation.

Then, once you’ve given blood through the Red Cross, show your proof of donation, whether it be your donation sticker, donor band, or show your donor app, at your local Krispy Kreme, and they’ll hand you a free dozen Original Glazed (regularly $11.99).

You’ll only be able to redeem this reward through Jan. 31, 2022, and it’s limited to one per customer.

Unfortunately, this won’t count toward your Krispy Kreme Rewards. But if you become a member of the program, you can get another free doughnut just for signing up.
