How do I get the deal?

  • Select the plan that best fits your needs (phone only, everything protected, student, family, etc.).
  • Choose whether you want an annual or monthly plan.
  • Enter your contact and billing information.

Is AKKO legit?

Bottom line cost: Your first month will be free when you enter code SAVE1 at checkout. After that, your monthly cost will depend on your selected plan.

What about deductibles and coverage limits? AKKO has super generous deductible and coverage limits. The deductible in the everything plan ranges from $29 to $99, based on the type of claim submitted. For details about your deductible and coverage limits, head to your account.

When does my coverage start? Your protection plan will start at 12:01 a.m. the day after you create your account. There is a 30-day wait period for any coverage claims from the start date of your plan. For details, head to the FAQs on the website.

Do I need to cancel? Yes, AKKO is a subscription service, so you’ll need to cancel to avoid further charges. To do so, locate the “support” section in the app. Choose the link to “cancel my plan” or email them at billing@getAKKO.com. You can choose to terminate it immediately and receive a prorated refund or finish out your current billing cycle.
