Need to make a return? For returns, you have 40 days after the order date for online purchases and 30 days after the purchase date for in-store purchases. You can return items for free at a Nordstrom Rack or Nordstrom store or by mail using a prepaid shipping label. Check your invoice, email confirmation, or purchases page to see if your item is eligible for return.
Note that in-store returns require the item, receipt, and original form of payment. Refunds typically take 5-7 days to process for in-store returns and 10-14 days for mailed returns. Nordstrom Rack may still accept mailed returns received after 55 days but will only refund 50% of the original sale price as an electronic gift card. Certain items aren’t eligible for return.
