NOTE: If you’re not happy with your Michael Kors purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date. However, there are a few restrictions to keep in mind. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags attached, and all original packaging and components included. Items that have been washed, worn, or altered cannot be returned.
To initiate a return or exchange, you have two options. You can either start the process online or return the item(s) in-store. If you choose to return the item(s) by mail, just follow the instructions to affix the pre-addressed and pre-paid return label to your package and ship it back to the warehouse. If you prefer to make an in-store return, you’ll need to present your printed returns slip and original method of payment.
There are also restrictions on returning certain items, depending on where they were purchased and how they were paid for. For example, merchandise purchased with Afterpay cannot be returned in-store and must be returned by mail.
