“Keep stuff long for I want to say about 72 hours or longer. I’ve definitely left ice water in there for three days and it was still really really cold. I would knock it down the star because the lid is really not leak proof but the cup doesn’t really say that the ladies leak proof, so I’m gonna still give it the full stars. Very easy to clean with straw brush.”
