Did you get your purchase, but it wasn’t what you expected? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered, but there are a few exceptions to note.
First up, if you’re not happy with your purchase, they can give you a full refund within 30 days of the shipping date. This will be processed in the same way you paid, but if that’s not possible, they’ll sort you out with a merchandise credit. Just make sure the item you’re returning is new, unused, and in its original packaging, since used items can’t be returned or exchanged.
It’s also important to note that if you used PayPal or multiple payment methods, your refund will be a merchandise credit.
