Will I need to cancel? HelloFresh operates as a subscription service. If you prefer not to receive future meal kits, make sure to cancel your subscription at least five days before your next delivery date. Failure to cancel will result in HelloFresh charging you based on the number of recipes and people you specified during the sign-up process.
