What is Rakuten Insight?
Rakuten Insight is a market research company that collects consumer opinions to help businesses understand customer preferences. Users participate in surveys about products and services, earning rewards like Amazon gift cards and PayPal credit in return. It’s an easy way for consumers to share their views and get rewarded.
The fine print:
Bottom line cost: There's no cost to join. How do I earn points? You'll get two points just for signing up. From there, you'll take different surveys that are open to you for varying amounts of points.
How do I redeem my points? Once you've accumulated at least 500 points, you can redeem them by signing in and going to the Point Shop page. For reference, 100 points is equivalent to $1, so you'll redeem your rewards in increments of $5. You can select between a Paypal credit, which will be transferred to your PayPal account or an Amazon gift card, which will be sent to your notifications.
Note that for the Amazon gift card, you'll need to enter the verification code sent to your email and confirm your request. You’ll receive a confirmation message and an email with delivery details.
Do I need to cancel? No, there's nothing to cancel.
