Pick your plan. The monthly plan is $35 every month for six months. You'll pay immediately for the full duration of the subscription for the prepaid plan options.

What is BarkBox?
BarkBox is a monthly subscription service for pet owners, featuring a carefully curated selection of dog toys, treats, and chews. When ordering your first box, you agree to commit to the full length of your subscription. Discount applies for the first month, and you will pay the regular price for the remaining months.
The fine print:
Bottom-line cost: You’ll pay just $5 for your first box, then $35 per box for the remaining months of the 6-month plan.
When will I be charged? Monthly subscribers will be charged immediately for the first box, then monthly on the same day each month. Prepay subscribers will pay for their full subscription duration immediately.
When will it ship? Most boxes ship within five days.
Will I need to cancel? Yes, BarkBox is a subscription service. If you don't want to receive any more boxes, you'll need to cancel. Keep in mind cancellation will take place after you complete the term of your plan.
How to cancel your subscription:
You can skip, pause, or cancel your account at any time, but you are committing to the full length of the term for the plan you sign up for, so you'll need to fulfill your subscription plan before cancellation can take place. To make changes to your subscription, follow these steps:

Scroll to the "Subscription Settings" section of your account page. Click on the box to edit the information.

Then edit your next plan or disable the auto-renewal at the end of your plan.
