If Whole Foods is out of the item you selected, your shopper will reach out about possible substitutions.

Or, you can choose your preferred substitution from a dropdown menu, including the option for no substitutions at all.

Unlike competitors (Walmart), you can't select your pickup window as the first step. You have to fill your Whole Foods cart up before you can choose a time.

The good news is that pickup times are easier to come by at Whole Foods than delivery times, which usually fill up quickly!

But I still recommend making a grocery list and adding a few items to your cart, then proceeding to checkout as if you're done. After you choose a pickup time, go back and add the rest of your items quickly. This way you won't waste time shopping only to find out there's not an available time.

What's the process for Whole Foods order pickup when I arrive at the store?

Before you leave your house, open your Whole Foods pickup confirmation email and check in. When you arrive at the store, park in one of the designated parking stalls for Whole Foods curbside pickup and follow the instructions on the parking sign. A Whole Foods associate will bring your order out to your car and put it in your trunk, totally contactless.

(Make sure to double check that your particular store offers curbside. Some Whole Foods stores require you to pick up your order inside the store.)

Can I use coupons with my Whole Foods order?

The only offers you can use with a Whole Foods pickup order are the coupons inside the app. They'll be applied to your order automatically. Unfortunately, you can't get a paper receipt to use with rebate apps.
