Publix doesn’t require you to be a member of any loyalty program in order to get sale prices, but if you want Publix digital coupons (and duh. you do.) you’ll have to create an account using your ten digit phone number. You can also create a Publix account online.

To save a digital coupon to your account, simply click the plus sign on the coupon, and it will be saved to your account. It will then be immediately available for use. Load coupons at Publix.com or in the Publix app. There is no limit to the number of coupons you can clip. Coupon savings will be itemized on your receipt.

Publix is all about BOGOs. They have dozens of BOGOs every week. And they allow two manufacturer coupons to be used in a buy one get one free deal. Publix coupon policy states “For a buy-one-get-one-free (BOGO) offer, each item is considered a separate purchase.”

When it comes to BOGO manufacturer coupons, the rules are different. If you’re redeeming a manufacturer coupon for buy one toothbrush, get one free, you cannot use any other manufacturer coupons on either of the two items you’re purchasing.

If you’re buying more than one of the item, Publix will charge the lower price for the remaining items.

On the inflated prices, Publix states, “The increased price covers the costs of Instacart providing the overall service and in-store shopper. Publix is not attempting to profit from this service and is not collecting additional fees from customers to use it.” Instacart costs $3.99 for deliveries over $35, and $7.99 for anything under that, or $99/year for unlimited delivery on orders over $35.

Paper coupons are not redeemable through Instacart, but you can use any digital coupons on the Instart/Publix site. Not all Publix deals and promotions are available, but most BOGOs are. Shop Publix online.

 

13. Publix offers curbside pickup at select locations.

14. Publix accepts competitor coupons. . . like, all of them.

Publix accepts competitor coupons, including those for private-label items. Publix also accepts BOGO free and buy-one-get-two-free coupons from competitors.

Publix even accepts coupons for prescriptions from all local retail pharmacies. And Publix will accept competitor coupons that require you to be a member of a reward or loyalty program.

Each location only accepts nearby competitor coupons. A list of stores will be posted in each store, and it may differ from store to store.

Publix accepts competitor coupons for “free $5 gift card with the purchase of an item or items” coupons: for example, a coupon for “Buy both Raid Max Bug Barriers 1 gallon Starter Kit and Refill, Receive a $5 store gift card.”

Publix coupon policy states, “If we carry the identical items named on the coupon, you’ll receive a $5 Publix gift card with the required purchase.”

Even if an approved competitor has a coupon for $5 off a $25 order when you sign up to receive communications from them, Publix will take that coupon.

 

16. Plus, you can use a manufacturer coupon with the competitor coupon.
