Kraft Macaroni & Cheese for breakfast? Why not?
A Kraft study revealed since the COVID-19 pandemic, 56% of parents have increased how often they’re serving their kids mac and cheese for breakfast.
To reflect this trend, Kraft has made a change to their famous blue box, including the word “breakfast” on their packaging — at least for now. And they want to give you some macaroni breakfast goodies for free.
Here’s what’s happening:
Kraft is giving away a macaroni breakfast box.
Kraft is embracing their place in breakfast lore, and celebrating by giving away a limited-edition “Breakfast Box” — including a mug, a placemat for kids to color, a magnet with macaroni and cheese breakfast topping suggestions (like crumbled sausage, bacon, or scrambled eggs), and the new breakfast-branded box of mac.
Enter to win via Twitter or online by Aug. 7.
Fans of the blue box can enter to win by visiting Twitter and posting a tweet using the hashtags #KMCforBreakfast and #Sweepstakes by Aug. 7. Once you post the tweets, Kraft will give you a special link where you can see if you won.
There’s also a special website to enter the contest if you don’t do the Twitter, at mac-n-cheese-for-breakfast.fooji.com.
And every time someone tweets using the #KMCforBreakfast hashtag, Kraft will donate 10 boxes to families in need via Feed The Children.
If you miss out on the contest, the breakfast-themed boxes are hitting shelves next year.
Kraft is planning to release Kraft Macaroni & Cheese with the “breakfast” label sometime in 2021.
In the meantime, you don’t need the breakfast packaging to eat mac and cheese whenever you want. Stay tuned to KCL for Kraft coupons.
