At Rite Aid, my favorite place to check for deals is the clearance area. I found Rimmel Stay Matte Liquid Lip Colour on clearance for $1.40. Use a coupon from the May 16 SmartSource newspaper insert, and this item will be free. Because Rite Aid doesn’t allow coupon overage, the coupon value will need to be adjusted at the register from $2 down to $1.40, the selling price of the item.
