What’s in a BirchBox?
Each monthly box includes four to six deluxe samples per box. The items in the box will contain:
- A selection of beauty samples across makeup, skincare, body care, hair care, and fragrance categories.
- The box will be personalized to your preferences based on the information provided in your profile.
- Tips and tricks will also be provided with the products and how to use them.
Is BirchBox legit?
Yes, BirchBox is a well-recognized subscription service, but we want to make sure you understand all the facts before signing up.
Bottom-line cost: Your total cost will depend on which subscription service you choose. To get the free bonus box or free S’well bottle you have to subscribe to a minimum three-month subscription service. This will cost $15 per month for three months or $45 total for three boxes.
When will I be charged? The charge will hit your credit card the day you sign up as a new member. After that, Beauty Subscription Plans are billed on the 1st of each month.
When will it ship? If this is your first box, your box will ship within 10 business dates of your initial order date. After that, Birchbox Beauty Subscriptions ship out by the 10th of each month for free.
Will I need to cancel? Three-, six-, or 12-Month Subscription Plans (with term commitment) cannot be canceled mid-term. You’re able to opt out of auto-renewal within your Account Settings or by reaching out to info@birchbox.com.
BirchBox Subscription Plans can’t be paused and monthly boxes can’t be skipped at this time.
Here’s what signing up looks like:
Scroll down to select the monthly plan option you’d prefer. In order to qualify for the free bonus box or free S’well bottle, you must subscribe to a minimum of three months. We’ve selected the three-month plan and hit the “Get Your Box” blue button. From here you’ll be asked to create an account and provide some personal information.
Checking out
You’ll then be directed to the payment details section. Here you’ll be asked to enter your credit card information. It’s also in this section that you’ll enter one of two coupon codes. Click the “Have a promo or gift card code?” right under the billing address section. Enter DOUBLEFUN3 for the free bonus box or FREESWELL for the free S’well Bottle.
Hit the “Review Your Order” button to confirm all the details are correct. Verify the discount code was applied correctly. It’ll appear in a red box at the top of the page. Your order total will also be available along with an auto-renewal terms and conditions section. If everything looks correct, confirm your order. You’re now signed up and ready to receive your first BirchBox.
