Alaska Airlines has kicked off their Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale, bringing some of the lowest flight prices of the year — as low as $29!

If you’re looking to get out of town or give a trip this holiday season, consider this your final boarding call.

Book a $29 Alaska Airlines flight by Cyber Monday, Nov. 29.

With the Alaska Airlines Black Friday sale, from now until Monday, Nov. 29, book a one-way flight for as low as $29 — while availability lasts.

Seattle is Alaska’s hub; the best prices are flights to and from there.

Seattle is the epicenter for Alaska’s sales, although there are definitely deals to be found in other cities. Here are some of the cheap flights we found:

  • Seattle to Portland – $29
  • Los Angeles to San Francisco – $39
  • Seattle to Boise – $49
  • Seattle to San Francisco – $49
  • Seattle to Denver – $59
  • San Francisco to Maui – $79
  • Seattle to Anchorage – $98

Check alaskaair.com to see the deals specific to your local airport.

Fly in January or February; you won’t find a cheap flight in December.

Although some of these sale fares are sprinkled throughout December — we only found them on two Mondays, Dec. 6 and 13 — your best bet for taking advantage of the Alaska sale is to book flights in January or February. Fares jump again for Spring Break in March and April.

The ‘Saver’ fare comes with some restrictions; all fares can’t be canceled after 24 hours.

The lowest prices you’ll find at Alaska Airlines are the Saver fares, but if you want $29 flights and other deep discounts, there’s a catch.

Saver fare passengers are the last to board and have limited seat selection. They also can’t make any changes to the flight — outside of canceling, which must be done within 24 hours of booking the flight.

Main fares are a bit more expensive, but come with seat selection, earlier boarding and the ability to change (not cancel) flights.
