Whether you’re shopping for a gift, treating yourself, or updating your home decor, Target has Valentine’s Day items for every budget. I found throw blankets, pillows, waffle makers, candles, Squishmallows, and more at my store. Not everything that’s holiday related is located in the seasonal department. As a matter of fact, most of these items were located on endcaps throughout the store. Although there isn’t a sale, the everyday low price is something I think is worth writing about. We rounded up our favorite items that you can find for under $20.
