This deal takes advantage of a hot moneymaker on Covergirl. You’ll use some of the deficit to pick up the other items in the haul, which keeps the final price low. Since you’re not using a spend threshold store coupon, you could even separate your transactions and use the ExtraBucks from one purchase to pay for the next. This is called rolling your ExtraBucks.
