There is a limit of one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes period, regardless of entry method, using only one (1) email address. One (1) Sweepstakes entry per receipt submission.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sanofi Care For Your Well-Being Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM US Pacific Time on January 28, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on March 16, 2024. The Sweepstakes includes four entry periods:

• Entry Period 1: January 28, 2024 - February 8, 2024

• Entry Period 2: February 9, 2024 - February 20, 2024

• Entry Period 3: February 21, 2024 - March 3, 2024

• Entry Period 4: March 4, 2024 - March 16, 2024

SWEEPSTAKES WEEKLY PRIZES (40): There are ten (10) weekly prizes per Entry Period for a total of forty (40) prizes (“Prizes”) awarded. Each Prize winner (“Winner” or “Winners”) will receive one (1) Prize based on the Prize associated with their Entry Period.
