Bottom-line cost: Your price will depend on factors such as your dog's age, weight, and activity level — every plan is personalized to your dog's unique health needs. Shipping is free and NomNom offers a multi-pet discount.
When will I be charged?: You'll be charged for your trial box right away so they can start preparing your order. Your account will be created and after your first order; your regular subscription will be charged every 4 weeks.
When will it ship?: That'll depend on your location. My trial box was scheduled for delivery just 2 days after my order was placed.
Will I need to cancel?: Nom Nom offers a subscription with no long-term commitment. You can reschedule, adjust, or cancel future orders at any time by logging into your account. You can also call/text them at (415) 991-0669 or email them at care@nomnomnow.com.
