You'll need a couple copies of the Feb. 2 Save newspaper insert to get the best deal on Covergirl cosmetics. If you don't get the Sunday paper delivered, KCL has some great tips for getting free newspaper coupons. Personally, I like to pick up a copy at my local Dollar Tree or near the front entrance at CVS.
