How do I cancel my subscription?

After the 14-Day Trial Period: You can cancel anytime free of charge after the 14-day trial period. However, it's important to manage your subscription proactively to ensure you cancel before the next shipment processes if you do not wish to receive it.
This means you are not necessarily locked into receiving and paying for an additional full-size shipment, but you do need to be mindful of the timing to avoid unwanted shipments. You can manage your subscription through your Geologie account, where you can pause, cancel, or skip an order anytime prior to processing.
To cancel:

Select your reason for canceling and click "Next."

On the next screen, click "Confirm Cancellation."

Watch for a cancellation confirmation email to finalize the process.
If you don't cancel after the 14-day trial period is over, you'll be sent a full-size set with a 90-day supply, which will be automatically billed and shipped every three months.
Refunds are not available once the product leaves their warehouse.
