4. Buy reusable K-Cups from Green Mountain to get free coffee and a tote bag.

K-Cups are generally pretty rough on the environment, but Green Mountain Coffee Roasters has reengineered theirs to make sure they’re recyclable.

5. Save 25% on select products from GNC.com.

6. Lowe’s has free saplings, garden kits, and more.

As part of their SpringFest promotion throughout April, Lowe’s has made Thursdays a big event leading up to (and past) Earth Day. Here’s what they’ve done:

  • April 8: Garden-to-Go kit sponsored by Miracle-Gro with exclusive recipes from professional cook and food stylist Amanda Frederickson
  • April 15: Lowe’s Mystery Garden Piñata with mystery seed packets
  • April 22: 500,000 tree saplings given out in honor of Earth Day

Every Earth Day, PINK makes a donation to the environmental group 1% for the Planet, and encourages environmental behaviors with special promotions.

For 2021, PINK is giving away the super-popular, stainless steel BPA-free reusable Klean Kanteen bottles. The pink, co-branded bottles hold 27 fl oz and would regularly cost $15 – $20 each.

The giveaway starts about a week before Earth Day, so if you’re waiting until Earth Day, you’ll risk missing out.
