Every year, Crayola gives away one million crayons in celebration of National Crayon Day. For four years now, Crayola offered free 32-count boxes of Crayons at each of their five locations in the U.S. However, you did need to register for the voucher that was valid beginning March 29, 2024 (2 vouchers per household). This offer ran from March 29 - May 31 and while supplies lasted.

National Crayon Day is a once-a-year weekend event where Crayola gives away free crayons.
National Crayon Day, is an annual celebration of the iconic coloring tool. As part of the festivities, Crayola hosts an annual giveaway during the last weekend of March, offering households the opportunity to register for up to two free custom crayon boxes to be collected in person at one of five Crayola Experience locations.

Based on the past, Crayola has started their National Crayon Day giveaway around the time of National Crayon Day, which is March 31, 2025. Expect registration for this freebie to start on Friday, March 28, 2025.
In the past, this freebie is only available at five locations in the U.S.
At these five Crayola locations in the U.S., you were able to hand-pick your choice of 32 crayons from Crayola's "Pick Your Pack" wall.
Mall of America, Bloomington, Minnesota (pickup begins April 2)
Unfortunately, this freebie was not offered online.
You did not need tickets to the Crayola Experience to redeem this freebie at the five locations.
You just needed to register for the free pick your pack online and bring the coupon with you. Head to the gift shop attached to the Crayola Experience.
How much is the Crayola Experience?
A ticket for admission is required to participate in Crayola’s colorful attractions (children under 2 are admitted free). Please note that as mentioned above, you do not need a Crayola Experience ticket to take part in this freebie.
