‘Tis the season to win some money! JCPenney is giving customers a chance to win $500 this holiday season in their We Got Your Cart Sweepstakes. Along with offering up some big Black Friday deals, JCP will be rewarding 500 of their customers with $500 in Jan. 2023. That’s a total gift of 250,000 to their customers this year!
The sweepstakes started Monday, Nov. 8, 2022 and will end on Jan. 2, 2023. There are a total of four entry periods — that you can review here — with 125 winners each period. Entries can be completed online or by mail and there will be a total of four random drawings at the end of each entry period for a total of 500 winners. So if you’ve got your shopping cart chock full of JCPenney deals right now, be sure to enter for your chance to win a voucher worth $500 to clear your cart.

How to enter the sweepstakes.
While the sweepstakes rules state that no purchase is necessary to enter, it is a little easier to enter if you do make a purchase. Online entries require a receipt of a valid recent purchase to be accepted. Regardless of the entry method you choose below, there is a limit of 10 entries per customer for the duration of the entire sweepstakes period.
How to enter online.
- Visit the online entry form and enter your email address to get started.
- Enter your contact information.
- Upload a valid receipt from a JCPenney purchase made in-store or online within the entry period timeframe. Uploads are accepted in .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, and .GIF formats.
- Click to continue and complete your entry form.
If you would like to enter this sweepstakes without a valid JCPenney receipt, you can do so by mail.
How to enter by mail.
To enter without a receipt, you can mail in an entry. Rules for mail in entries are pretty specific, but may be worth it if you would like to win without spending a cent. Please not that P.O. Boxes not accepted for this sweepstakes.
- Hand-write your complete name using no initials, a valid e-mail address, your street address, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and date of birth in the MM/DD/YYYY format on a 3½”x5″ card.
- Mail it in an outer mailing envelope with sufficient postage to The JCPenney Clear Your Cart Sweepstakes, PO Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325.
