Here's a full BBQ menu made with Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® mayonnaise. We've got burgers for the main, and several side dishes — including that plant-based Asian Slaw recipe.

The Best Ever Juicy Burgers

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total time: 20 minutes | Makes: 8 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs

  • 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix

  • 2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey

  • 8 hamburger buns

Directions:

  1. Stir mayonnaise, bread crumbs and onion soup mix in a large bowl.

  2. Mix the mayonnaise mixture into ground beef; shape into 8 patties. When you're forming hamburger patties, make a shallow indentation or dimple in the middle of each patty to keep the center from bulging up as it cooks.

  3. Grill or broil at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until done — about 8-10 minutes, flipping once. Serve burgers on buns.

The Original Potato Salad Recipe

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total time: 25 minutes | Makes: 8 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. potatoes (5 to 6 medium), peeled and cut into 3/4-inch chunks

  • 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. sugar

  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped (optional)

  • 4 slices bacon,crisp-cooked and crumbled (optional)

  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes in 4-quart saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

  2. Reduce the heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and cool slightly.

  3. Mix Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper in large bowl.

  4. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients and toss gently. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Spicy Smashed Potatoes

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total time: 40 minutes | Makes: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. new potatoes

  • 1/4 cup PLUS 2 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Spicy Mayonnaise Dressing, divided

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Place the potatoes in a 3-quart saucepan and cover with cold water. Add salt to taste and bring to a boil over high heat. Boil for about 7 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain thoroughly and place in a large bowl.

  3. Mix ¼ cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Spicy Mayonnaise Dressing with hot drained potatoes until evenly coated.

  4. Place potatoes on a lined sheet pan and smash each potato to ½-inch thickness with a flat-bottomed glass, using an small offset metal spatula to help release from glass, if needed.

  5. Spread smashed potatoes in a single layer and brush with remaining 2 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Spicy Mayonnaise Dressing.

  6. Bake 30 minutes, flipping halfway through bake time. Sprinkle with salt to taste and serve with additional Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Spicy Mayonnaise Dressing for dipping.

Mediterranean Orzo Salad with Garlic Herb Dressing

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total time: 27 minutes | Makes: 12 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Garlic Aioli

  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar

  • 2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

  • 1 lb. orzo pasta, cooked and cooled

  • 1 can (15 oz.) chickpeas, rinsed and drained

  • 1 package (5 oz.) baby spinach leaves, coarsely chopped, (about 6 cups)

  • 1 large red bell pepper, diced (1 cup)

  • 1/2 seedless cucumber, diced (1 cup)

  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/3 cup sliced pitted Kalamata olives

Directions:

  1. To make the garlic and herb dressing, stir the garlic aioli, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano in large bowl until blended.

  2. Add the rest of the salad ingredients to the bowl with the garlic and herb dressing and toss to mix and coat. Serve immediately or refrigerate until you're ready to serve.

Plant-Based Asian Slaw

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Total time: 5 minutes | Makes: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Plant Based Mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice

  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

  • 3/4 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

  • 1 bag (16 oz.) coleslaw mix

  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix lime juice, sugar, salt, and ground ginger in large bowl.

  2. Stir in coleslaw mix and cilantro. Serve immediately or chill until serving.
