It’s not like we needed another reason to spend money at Target.

The retailer has been busy making space for other brands to set up mini-stores, with the most recent addition being Apple.

As traditional malls struggle, is Target trying to position themselves as your new mall? Kinda looks like it.

Here’s what you need to know:

Apple mini-shops are coming to Target stores in February.

The low tables, overhead lighting, video displays, and sleek look of the Apple Store is coming to Target starting February 2021.

While Apple products are already sold at Target, the new mini-store plan will double the size of Apple’s footprint inside stores.

There won’t be a Genius Bar just yet, but Target employees working at the mini-store will get special training from Apple.

Now you can save money on even more Apple products at Target.

Shoppers already save money on Apple products at Target, from sale prices to using a discounted Target gift card from, to getting 5% off all purchases by using RedCard, or taking advantage of any Target Circle offers that apply to electronics.

The renovated Targets, as well as the Target website and app, now offer “a dedicated Apple experience” with a larger assortment of Apple products and accessories.
