1. Turn your extra garage or yard space into about $200 a month with Neighbor Storage.
Got extra space in your garage, basement, spare bedroom, closet, or even your driveway? Basically, any storage area can earn you money with Neighbor Storage.
When you become a Neighbor Storage host, it’s like Airbnb. . . but for storage. You decide what space to offer, how much you’ll charge to rent it, and Neighbor Storage will connect you with someone in your area who wants it.
A Neighbor host on average makes about $200 a month, although what you can earn varies based on many factors, including where you live, the size of your space, and how long you rent it.
