In 2023, the Firehouse Subs Name of the Day promotion took place in June and December. Although days and dates might change in 2024, we predict the first one will happen June 12 – 21 and the second Dec. 11 – 23, 2024.
Firehouse Subs Name of the Day: How to get a BOGO free sub deal.
Here’s how the Firehouse Subs Name of the Day works. Firehouse Subs will update their Instagram page with the names for their Name of the Day promotion. If you happen to have that name, or your first name contains letter(s) or meets another specified requirement (like rhymes with MERRY), you can grab a free medium Firehouse sub (normally priced at $7.99 – $11.99) with the purchase of a medium or large sub.
This BOGO free deal is valid for that one day only and is limited to one sub per person. You can only redeem the offer in person at participating locations. Make sure to check your local Firehouse Subs to see if they’re participating in this deal.
Show your ID to get your free Firehouse Sub when you have the Name of the Day.
You have to show your photo ID with the Name of the Day on it to the cashier and you’ll be able to get your deal.

Keep your receipt for a free medium drink on your next sub purchase.
When you get your free sub, you should always ask for your receipt since it’ll allow you to take a quick 3-minute survey. Once you complete your survey, you’ll get a code for a coupon for a free medium drink (priced at $2.69).
It’s one of the ways that you can get free food from restaurants without complaining.
