Make sure your name is correct in your loyalty account.
The Name of the Day promotion is open to everyone. However, if you redeem your BOGO sub deal online or in-app, you must have a Firehouse Subs account. And the name on your account must match the Name of the Day to win.
If your name is incorrect in your account when the promotion begins, it's too late, because you can't change your name until after the promotion ends. For the latest promotion, you had to correct your name in your account before Feb. 3, 2025.
