Ham and Cheese Rolls

12 King’s Hawaiian rolls – $2.88
6 slices black forest ham – $3.50
6 slices cheese (Swiss or cheddar) – $1.25
1/4 cup melted butter – $0.25
3/4 Tbsp mustard – $0.12
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce – $0.10
1 Tbsp poppy seeds – $0.32
Mayo (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Slice rolls in half. Spread mayo on each half (I’m not a fan of mayo so I skipped this step).

3. Assemble rolls with 1/2 slice of cheese and 1/2 slice of ham in each roll. Place rolls in two baking pans. Using a whisk, mix together melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and poppy seeds. Brush mixture over tops of rolls and cover each pan with foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
