Earn $200 for signing up for an Amazon Credit Card today.

Here are two promotional credit-earning offers that you can shop as we speak:

If you already have a card, you’ll want to take advantage of Amazon credit card deals that offer promotional credits. Promotional credits have a lot of uses, but basically, they work like digital Amazon gift cards that you can accumulate on your account.

These can be applied to future purchases, so long as you use them before they expire. While you can earn credits by opting for no-rush shipping or trading in old tech, you can also earn by using your Amazon credit card. For example, Amazon has offered $10 in promotional credits when you spend $60 on P&G products.

To score the $200 gift card, you’ll need to apply for an Amazon Prime Visa Card. If or when approved, the credit will instantly be added to your Amazon account for future purchases. Just know that most card applications can expect to receive an approval response within the first 15 seconds. This offer will end on July 13.

For the second offer, you need to add a Discover Card as a payment method to receive $20 off your $20+ purchase. Then, just make sure to use code 23DISCOVERPD at checkout.

For example, in the past, we’ve seen Amazon offer up to $200 gift cards upon approval. We’ve compiled a couple of deals that are active right now, but definitely check this article again around Black Friday and Prime Day. That’s when Amazon typically rolls out new credit card deals. Cash-Back Promotions to Cash-In On

Another aspect of Amazon credit card deals that you’ll want to be on the lookout for is their cash-back promotions. It works like their evergreen cash back benefits in that you’re given back a percentage of whatever you spend. The only difference is that these promos are available for a limited time and typically only apply to specific shopping categories or stores.

Need a refresher on how cash back works? No stress, let’s calculate a hypothetical example with round numbers for easy math. So if there’s a 10% cash back promotion and you spend $20, you get $2 back. Easy enough. Usually, there are limits though. Purchases may only be eligible for cash back up to a certain amount.

For example, let’s say 10% cash back is only available for purchases up to $40. In that case, the maximum you can earn is $4. Even if you spend $60, you’ll still only get $4 back.

Now that we’ve got that sorted, here are the current cash-back promotions we love:

  • Through July 31, 2023, select Amazon Rewards Visa Signature cardholders earn twice as much cashback, up to $1,000. That means 4% on gas, restaurants, and commuting, and 2% on everything else.
