Every time I scroll TikTok I find the best kitchen gadgets I didn’t even know existed. Seriously, there’s a gadget for everything these days, from veggie chopping tools to kitchen appliance cord organizers to jar openers. And I’ve tried enough kitchen gadgets to know the gems from the junk.
My biggest piece of advice is to shop Amazon over retailers like SheIn or Temu. While those discount retailers sell just about everything, they can be incredibly hit or miss with their inventory. Nobody wants to spend money on gadgets only to have them arrive and be nothing like what was advertised.
And while big box stores like Target or Walmart are also reliable, they lack the wide selection you can find on Amazon. You kind of need a big variety of inventory if you’re going to stock more niche kitchen gadgets. With that said, here are my picks for the most cost-effective and useful kitchen gadgets.

1. 2-in-1 Silicone Tea Infuser with Integrated Spoon
I love using this infuser ($9.99, Amazon) for loose-leaf tea. It has a scoop on the end so I don’t dirty the tea with my hands. Plus, the long handle means you can stir the infuser around, and the little clip attaches to the edge of your cup when you’re done stirring. And, if you get the two-pack, you end up paying only $5 per infuser.
2. Under Cabinet Jar Opener
This gadget ($9.99, Amazon) is a must for pickle jars. It mounts under the cabinet for out-of-the-way access and grips the lid for you. The added leverage makes it easier to open the lid — all for less than $10.
3. Dish Soap Dispenser and Sponge Holder
I’m a sucker for a good space-saving tool and this soap dispenser ($10.99, Amazon) fits the bill. Simply fill the base with your preferred dish soap, rest your sponge on top, and push down on the sponge when you want to suds up. This way, you dispense the right amount of product and the main soap bottle doesn’t take up precious counter space. Opt for the metallic gray color to save the most money since it’s $1 cheaper than the others.

4. Silicone Faucet Drip Catcher Tray
This drip catcher tray ($10.99, Amazon) is angled in such a way that it funnels water back into the sink. That way water from wet hands, leaky faucets, or wet sponges drains instead of making a mess on the counter. It’s currently $1 off regular price, too.
5. Silicone Utensil Rest with Drip Pad
I love that this silicone utensil holder ($10.99, Amazon) has multiple slots. Unlike a traditional spoon rest, this product even holds pot and pan lids. That way, if you’re preparing multiple dishes at once, you can rest all your different utensils and lids without mixing the flavors. Plus, it’s nearly 30% off now, aaaaand it has a $1 coupon available on top of that.
6. Smiley Round Sponge Holder, 3 ct.
This Scrub Daddy holder ($11.99, Amazon) attaches via a suction cup to your sink, keeping your Scrub Daddies from getting all gross in the sink water. And, by opting for this product, you can get three holders for less than the cost of just one of the name-brand holders. Amazon often offers a $1 coupon on this product.

7. Mini Bag Sealer
This bag sealer ($11.99, Amazon) helps reduce food waste, saving you money in the long run. It even has a bag cutter just in case you sealed the bags a little too well. We recommend buying the product in white since it’s $1 cheaper than the other colors.
8. Pancake Batter Dispenser and Mixer
This kitchen gadget ($14.97, Amazon) allows you to mix the batter inside the squeeze bottle. That way, you don’t have to dirty as many dishes or end up with batter droplets peppering the space between the bowl and the pan. Plus, there’s a 5% off Amazon coupon.
9. Oil Mister
This viral gadget ($14.99, Amazon) takes your preferred oil and sprays it in a fine mist. It’s really useful if you’re trying to cut back on your oil consumption, or if you just want to make sure the oil is spread evenly across your foods. And with over 10,000 5-star ratings, it sounds like it’s worth the hype.
10. Cord Organizer for Kitchen Appliances, 6 ct.
Reduce clutter with this cord organizer ($15.99, Amazon). All you have to do is attach it to the side of your appliance, wrap the cord around the gadget, then place the plug into the holder. Easy. After accounting for the sale price, each organizer comes out to $1.93.
11. 12-in-1 Vegetable Chopper
A more expensive version of this chopper ($14.66, Amazon) is currently a bestseller after going viral on TikTok. But why spend more when a product half the price does the same job? This chopper also functions as a mandolin, grater, and slicer. It even comes with a hand guard and a peeler.
12. Foil & Plastic Wrap Organizer
Those dull teeth on a foil box are my mortal enemy — you always end up with jagged edges and crumpled-up cling wrap. That’s why I love that this storage box ($24.99, Amazon) has a built-in cutter. Just pull out the desired length of wrap, then slide the safety blade for a clean cut. To get it under $15, be sure you use the $10 off Amazon coupon to get the best deal.
13. Adjustable Silicone Clip On Strainer
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve spilled pasta all in the sink after trying to drain the water. I needed this strainer ($29.99, Amazon) that clips to the rim of the pot for a secure hold. It’s made of flexible silicon to fit different pot sizes. And the best part? It’s over half off as we speak ($13.49), despite being a bestseller.
