Quick Paribus FAQ:

1. Why does Paribus need my email password?

Paribus uses your email information to send emails to retailers on your behalf. This means you don’t have to be involved in the process at all. Paribus will notify you when money is “found” — or they have matched up an item you bought with an eligible sale within the price adjustment period for your retailer.

But you don’t need to take any action, and you might not even notice until money hits your account!

2. Is my information secure?

Yes. Paribus was recently acquired by Capital One and is subject to the same privacy standards as Capital One.

3. Will I get money back from every purchase I make?

No. In order to qualify for a Paribus price-adjustment refund, your purchase needs to fit the following criteria:

  • Bought from a Paribus-supported retailer. (Note that Amazon and West Elm are no longer supported.)
  • Experience a price-drop within the retailer’s price adjustment period, which is usually around 14 days.
  • Clearance price-drops are excluded.

4. How do I get Paribus?
