Here’s how to save on Starbucks fall cups.
1. Collect Starbucks Stars.
Rewards members earn one Star for every $1 spent. And 400 Stars gets you free Starbucks cups. You can use 400 Starbucks Stars to redeem $20 worth of Starbucks merchandise, including Starbucks fall cups. If the cup you want is over $20, you’ll just pay the difference.
2. Always pay with a Starbucks card.
When you pay with a registered Starbucks card in the Starbucks app, you earn two Stars for every $1 spent. So you only have to spend $200 to earn 400 Stars to get the $20 reward towards Starbucks merchandise.
3. Bring in your current tumbler every visit.
You get $0.10 off your drink price each time you bring in your own cup to Starbucks. Plus, you also get 25 Bonus Stars. Without accounting for all the additional Stars you earn per dollar spent, visiting Starbucks 16 times with your own cup earns you 400 Stars.
