How often do Bath & Body Works coupons come out?

You can expect to receive new Bath & Body Works mail coupons every couple of months. During the month of a Bath & Body Works sale, you’ll get coupons before the sale starts, since these special coupons can only be used during the sale.

For example, the November mailed coupon book included Bath & Body Works Black Friday coupons that could only be used during the week of Black Friday.

Bath & Body Works mailer coupons can be worth up to $15.50.

While the exact offers in the Bath & Body Works mailer coupons can vary, you can expect to receive two to three coupons per mailer. Typically these coupons include one free item with a value of up to $15.50, a percentage off your entire purchase, and either a discount on a product or a total purchase coupon like $10 off $35.

Here’s how to sign up for Bath & Body Works mailer coupons:

Bath and Body Works coupon mailing address sign up

If you’re not receiving mailed coupons from Bath & Body Works, it’s an easy fix. Visit the Bath & Body Works Customer Request site and select “Mailing Address Add/Update” in the drop-down box. From there, you’ll add your email address, your name, and your mailing address. You can either add, remove, or update your address from this landing page. When I moved to a different house, this is what I did to update my address — and it worked.

TIP: Post in your local neighborhood group on social media to see if anyone has extra Bath & Body Works coupons they won’t be using.

How long does it take to get coupons after I sign up?

Once you sign up for mailed coupons or update your address on their website, you should start seeing coupons in four to six weeks.

Are Bath & Body Works mailed coupons good in store and online?

Yup! You can use these coupons in store or online — but not both. The Bath & Body Works mail coupons include a barcode to use in store and a code to use online at checkout.

Does Bath & Body Works take expired coupons?

Bath & Body Works stores used to have a 3-day grace period that would allow you to use your coupons three days after the coupon’s validity date expired — and we loved this perk! Unfortunately, that ended in early 2020. Some readers have had their stores accept expired coupons, so it never hurts to ask, but let’s just assume the flexibility is gone.

Can I stack coupons at Bath & Body Works?

Any Bath & Body Works coupons you receive in the mail will always stack with the ones that came in the same mailer. This means that you’ll be able to use multiple coupons in a single transaction — as long as you’re shopping in store.

Mailed coupons won’t stack with in-store coupon codes like those you may receive from a Bath & Body Works email or the ones you get as a My Bath & Body Works Rewards member. Just separate your transactions in order to use them all.

When you shop online, you’re limited to one promo code per transaction (the unique code is located on the back of the coupons). It’s best to shop in stores so you can stack all your coupons from the mail in one transaction.

If you prefer to shop online, we suggest opting for free store pickup or waiting for a Bath & Body Works free shipping offer. Otherwise, you’ll pay a shipping fee of $6.99 for orders of $10 or more.

TIP: The Bath & Body Works Rewards Program is finally available nationwide. If you haven’t already, sign up for a Bath & Body Works account for early access to deals, exclusive coupons, and more.
