If you’re a fan of Entenmann’s snacks, we’ve got a summer surprise for you. Entemenn’s just released ice cream sandwiches, and you can find them in the freezer aisle at your local Walmart store. We found several of the new flavors on a recent Walmart trip and wanted to share everything we know so far. These frozen treats are inspired by classic Entenmenn’s snacks, like their chocolate glazed donuts and cookies. You’ll find info about the prices and flavors below.
These cool treats came out just after the release of Walmart’s Ice Cream Filled Cupcakes, as if you needed another reason to waltz down the frozen dessert aisle at Walmart. Unfortunately, you might also come across the new Ranch-flavored ice cream while you’re there (shudder). Whichever sweet you decide to grab, we support you. Even if it’s the Ranch ice cream.

You’ll find these new ice cream sandwiches exclusively at Walmart.
Entenmenn’s ice cream sandwiches are only sold at Walmart. There have been no reports of selling at other stores. As far as we know, they launched nationwide in April, so you should easily be able to find them at your store or order them online for free pickup.
The bummer here? You won’t be able to use your Target RedCard to get an additional 5% off!
There are six flavors to choose from.
You’ll find six different varieties of Entemenn’s ice cream sandwiches to try. From what we’ve been hearing from TikTok and online reviews, the Chocolatey Glazed Cookie Donut Salted Caramel and the Chocolate Chip & Brownie Cookie are the two best flavors.
Here are all the flavors you can choose from:
- Brownie Cookie Salted Caramel Ice Cream Sandwiches
- Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches
- Chocolate Chip & Brownie Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches
- Chocolatey Glazed Cookie Donut Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwiches
- Chocolatey Glazed Cookie Donut Salted Caramel Ice Cream Sandwiches
- Glazed Cookie Donut Ice Cream Sandwiches
They cost $4.96 for four, or $1.24 apiece.
When we compare them to other ice cream sandwiches, they’re pretty standard. M&Ms ice cream sandwiches work out to $1.37 each, Reese’s are $1 each, and Oreo’s new ice cream sandwiches are $1.25. Walmart’s own brand, Great Value, does have some chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches that are $5.47 for six, or $0.91 per sandwich. But overall, the $4.96 price seems average. If you can score an ice cream coupon to drop them to below $1 a sandwich, you’re getting a good deal.
