1. When is the lululemon Black Friday event?
We predict lululemon’s online Black Friday event will begin early Thanksgiving morning. It’s then expected to continue both in-store and online on Black Friday.
Is lululemon open on Thanksgiving?
Sorry, lululemon stores are typically closed on Thanksgiving Day, but you can still shop online. Black Friday hours vary depending on store location (whether it’s in a mall or a stand-alone store).
2. What can I expect from lululemon’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday finds?
All of their holiday goodness gets put into the lululemon Black Friday Guide and their Cyber Monday Guide. You can also snag great finds in their We Made Too Much section.
Additionally, the lululemon Black Friday event and Cyber Monday event have special sections featuring items at specific price points for easy shopping.
3. Is the Black Friday event online and in stores?
Yes! In 2021, lululemon started offering both their Black Friday finds online and in stores. What you see online is typically the same as what’s offered in stores. You can also filter items by “Available Near You” to buy online and pick up in-store.
TIP: Keep in mind that certain size and color options may be limited during lululemon Black Friday, so you might have to work a bit harder to find the items you want.
4. Can lululemon Black Friday and Cyber Monday items be returned?
It depends. You can return items bought between Oct. 16 through Dec. 24 until Jan. 23, 2024. However, gift cards and face masks are final. We Made Too Much items are also considered final, no returns, unless you’re a member of their lululemon Essential program (which costs nothing to join). Yep, as a member you can return items from their We Made Too Much sections.
A rep told us if you want to return any items from the We Made Too Much Section at lululemon.com, you should call customer service at (877) 263-9300. In store returns for We Made Too Much merchandise are up to the store manager. Items must be unworn and still have tags on them. All items bought at a lululemon outlet are final — no returns.

5. Does lululemon offer complimentary shipping during Black Friday?
Yes! As always, lululemon offers complimentary standard shipping (2 – 6 business days) on all items purchased online. If you want your gear faster, you can upgrade to express shipping (2 – 4 business days), which costs $20. As for priority shipping (2 – 3 business days), expect to pay $30.
In 2021, lululemon started offering new shopping services, including a “buy online, pick up in store” option and payment installments instead of paying in full.
6. Remember, Black Friday leads straight into lululemon Cyber Monday.
If you miss lululemon’s Black Friday in 2023, don’t panic. Not only does the event run through the weekend, but it also typically extends until lululemon Cyber Monday. What you can score then is the same as Black Friday. There’s also a good chance you’ll be able to nab coveted items in the We Made Too Much section during lululemon Cyber Monday.
The best part? New merchandise is often added throughout the one-day-only event, so you might see new items pop up that weren’t included earlier.
7. Does lululemon have a Boxing Day event?
While Boxing Day (the day after Christmas) isn’t really a thing in America, lululemon participates. So if you don’t find what you want on Black Friday we recommend setting a reminder for Boxing Day, Dec. 26, and trying again. Especially since lululemon has store specials that sometimes even beat Black Friday. Keep in mind that most products will come in limited sizes and colors, so you might not score exactly what you hoped for. Nonetheless, it’s worth the hunt.

8. Do lululemon outlet stores participate in Black Friday?
No! However, you can avoid the Black Friday rush entirely by opting to shop there instead. The lululemon outlets finds are different than what you’ll see in the traditional stores, but it’s truly the thrill of the score among the racks of apparel.

9. Can I still find specials at lululemon if I miss Black Friday?
Although Black Friday is only once a year (ugh), that doesn’t mean you can’t score great purchases year-round. Be sure to check out the We Made Too Much selection online every Thursday morning from 11 a.m. to noon ET and in stores during mid-morning hours to find these items. Just note that all items from the We Made Too Much section (including gift cards and face masks) are final, so you can’t return them.
It’s also worth signing up to receive lululemon emails for the latest info on their events.
10. Use lululemon’s complimentary hemming service, even on Black Friday.
We love that lululemon offers complimentary alterations on clothing at every store (aside from outlets), and tags or receipts aren’t required. Simply try on the clothing you’d like to get hemmed and pick up your newly-hemmed gear within three days. Reach out to your local store for additional details.
Some things to think about: make sure the items you want to be hemmed are clean. If you’re having pants hemmed, bring in the shoes you plan to wear with them so they can get the length right.
Note: While hemming services are offered on Black Friday, some stores may be more hectic than usual, meaning there’s a good chance you’ll have to wait longer to get connected with a lululemon “educator” (their name for sales associates).
11. Apply for Sweat Collective for even more specials.
Do you enjoy running with friends, family, or people in your community? If you start a running group, you can apply for the lululemon Sweat Collective, the official name for lululemon’s trainer discount. Since lululemon wants fitness leaders to sport their clothing, they are specials created for trainers and other professionals.
