If you’ve been unable to score the viral Stanley tumbler during the limited-release Stanley Adventure Quencher restocks that happen and immediately sell out or haven’t wanted to pay the $40 fee (or costly reselling prices on Facebook trade groups!), Owala at Target has come to the rescue. Owala has launched a brand new 40-ounce travel tumbler with four exclusive colors at Target, and the tumbler is cupholder friendly, has a reusable straw, and comes with a 2-in-1 spill-proof lid. However, the Owala is hard to find: Target stocks it around 5 a.m. EST on Monday mornings and within hours, certain colors go from completely unavailable to available to ship.
Here’s everything we know about the Owala Tumbler at Target, where to buy, and how it stacks up against the original Stanley.

How does the Owala tumbler compare to the Stanley tumbler?
The Stanley Adventure Quencher has one way to drink from it — with the straw. But Owala offers a 2-in-1 lid so you can either use the reusable straw to sip it or remove the straw and sip through the sprout. It also has an adjustable handle to suit left-handed and right-handed drinkers, while Stanley’s handle is not adjustable.
TikToker JaclynLeach has been the Owala expert since finding the cups five days ago at her Target. She even did an ice test comparing the Owala and Stanley tumblers and found that after 24 hours, the Owala tumbler held the ice a bit better. You can see her findings here.
The Owala tumbler at Target costs $34.99.
The tumbler retails for $34.99. Don’t forget to use your Target RedCard for 5% off, bringing the cost to $33.24, making the Owala tumbler $7 less than the Stanley Adventure Quencher right now.
