What is Best Buy Member Exclusive Month?
October 2023 was Member Exclusive Month at Best Buy, when the retailer really put the hard sell on customers to purchase their paid-tier My Best Buy memberships. While there is a base level tier that’s free, the biggest perks are in the two paid tiers, which include My Best Buy Plus ($49.99/year) and My Best Buy Total ($179.99/year).
Through Oct. 31, if you were either a Pro or Total tier level member, you received a $50 promo certificate when you spent $500+ on a Best Buy purchase. That $50 promo certificate basically made up for the $49.99 you dropped on the annual Plus fee. Something to remember for Oct. 2024.
