Love Tupperware, but are worried about cleaning it? Cleaning Tupperware is actually a pretty straightforward process. All you need to do is follow a few simple steps to get your containers looking and smelling fresh again.
First things first, make sure to empty out any leftover food from the Tupperware. You don’t want any old food sticking around when you’re trying to clean it! Once you’ve done that, give the container a quick rinse under running water to remove any loose debris.
Next, apply some dish soap to a non-abrasive sponge or dishcloth and gently scrub the Tupperware. This should help to remove any remaining food particles and stains. If you’re dealing with particularly stubborn stains or odors, you can mix some baking soda and water together to make a paste and use that to scrub the container. It works like a charm.
Once you’ve given the Tupperware a good scrub, rinse it thoroughly with clean water to remove any soap residue. Then, either dry it off with a clean towel or leave it out to air dry before putting it away.
