For a long time, you could only buy Tupperware from, well, Tupperware. But did you know Target Tupperware exists, too? And that you can usually buy it from Target for much cheaper?

If your kitchen drawer is filled with mismatched lids and permanently stained plastic containers, it may be a good time to upgrade your stash. Tupperware can help clean up your container collection and leave you with quality food storage options that last. And at Target, you’ll pay a lot less.

And if you need one more reason for a Target run, you can save an extra 5% with your Target RedCard. You may even snag a decent sale price (if you’re lucky).

We dug into the details to give you the lowdown on Target Tupperware and the very best ways to save.

1. Target sells a small, exclusive collection of Tupperware starting at $7.99.

On Tupperware.com, you’ll find more than 300 different food storage products, but don’t expect to walk into Target and find that same selection. Target has an exclusive collection of Tupperware containers, about 18 different products priced between $7.99 and $79.99.

The silver lining? Target’s prices are much lower than the average prices on Tupperware’s website, which start at $13 and go all the way up to $431 for food storage.

2. Target’s selection is typically 50% – 60% cheaper.

Even though Target’s inventory isn’t massive, if you’re looking for basic Tupperware, you’ll get a much better value at Target.

You won’t find the exact same products at Target and Tupperware.com, but we found similar products on both sites. For example, a 6-piece set of clear Tupperware storage bowls costs $44.99 at Target. The most comparable set on Tupperware.com costs $88, and it only comes with five bowls. So you’ll get a bigger set from Target and save 50% while you’re at it.

If you’re looking for a deal, stick with Target. You’ll save up to 66% on Tupperware and get more bang for your buck:

3. Use your RedCard to save an extra 5% on Tupperware.

You can always get 5% off your Tupperware purchase (or pretty much anything else you buy at Target) when you pay with your RedCard. This means you’ll get an additional 5% off on top of any Tupperware sales, promotions, or Target Circle offers.

Don’t have a RedCard? Just apply on the Target website. It’s easy, and if you sign up for a debit card, you won’t face any credit checks.

4. Target Tupperware rarely goes on sale, but when it does, expect to save 15%.

The last time we saw Tupperware go on sale was toward the end of February 2023. Small-, medium-, and large-lidded Tupperware bowls were selling for 15% off. Factor in your 5% RedCard discount, and you’ve got yourself a great Tupperware deal.

You won’t find a sale like this often, but if you download The Krazy Coupon Lady app and add Target to your list of favorite stores, you can stay on top of all the best deals.

5. Heads up: Tupperware from Target won’t get the famous lifetime warranty.

If you buy from Target, you won’t get the famous Tupperware warranty. What’s so great about the Tupperware warranty, you ask? If you buy Tupperware from their website or a Tupperware representative, you can get it replaced (or get credit toward new Tupperware) if it ever chips, breaks, peels, or otherwise shows wear and tear.

Unfortunately, Target purchases won’t count under the warranty, so if you want a replacement, it’ll have to fall under the standard Target return policy.
