Coinciding with the start of Target Circle Week, Target's Deal of the Day officially made its return on Sunday, March 23, 2025, with deals available until March 29. This is the first time we've seen a Deal of the Day since the Target Black Friday sale in November. These deals only last for — you guessed it — 24 hours, and some do sell out even before the deal period ends, so be prepared to act fast if the daily offer is something you've been eyeing.
Of course, you’ll need to have a free Target Circle membership to access any of the Target Deal of the Day offers (which are available in-store and online). And if you have a Circle Card, you'll save an extra 5% on top of the advertised sale price.
Download The Krazy Coupon Lady app and use our free Deal Planner™ in the app, so you'll get a notification every morning there's a Target's daily deal.
Current Target Deal of the Day Offers (March 28, 2025):
Target's Deal of the Day event is offered multiple times a year for Target Circle members, both in-store and online.
Target has been running their Deal of the Day event ever since 2015. You'll see the Deal of the Day promotion pop up in April, July, and October (coinciding with each Target Circle Week sale) and during the holiday season for nearly two months leading up to Christmas Eve. You can join Target Circle for free and get access to the Target Deal of the Day offers. And you'll save an extra 5% if you pay with a Circle Card. Deals are available both online and in-store.
The Target Deal of the Day promotion started on March 23, 2025.

As confirmed in a Target press release, the first Deal of the Day promotion for 2025 started at 2 a.m. CT on Sunday, March 23, 2025, with a new deal (or two) released each day. (If you're a paid Target Circle 360 member, you can access select deals 24 hours earlier than everyone else, starting at 2 a.m. CT on March 22, but not the daily deals.)
You don't need a paid membership to get the Target Deal of the Day — the free Circle membership is fine.
In order to access the daily deals, you do need to have a free Target Circle membership or a paid Target 360 membership.
How to Shop Target's Deal of the Day

1. Expect a new daily deal to drop every day at 2 a.m. CT.
Just like Target has done in the past, a new Target Deal of the Day will go live every morning at 2 a.m. CT. Some daily deals will sell out fast, depending on the item and the savings potential.
2. Aim to save 30% – 70% with Target's Deal of the Day.
In the past, the average savings for Target’s Deal of the Day has been 50% off. However, we’ve seen discounts range anywhere from 30% - 70% off, depending on the item.
Don’t get totally thrown off if you’re not seeing deals for 70% off every day, though. Sometimes, a smaller discount is just as good if the item rarely goes on sale or if it’s a bestselling item (like Apple products).
KCL TIP: One of Target's daily deals is usually a BOGO 50% off Starbucks beverage offer that's available in stores only (and for just one day).
3. Get a price match if Amazon or Walmart has a better deal within 14 days of your purchase.
The Target price matching policy is pretty useful during big sales. For example, if you buy something at Target and find a lower price on Amazon within two weeks, you can visit Target Guest Services and show them the lower price. They’ll pay you back the difference.
Price matching is super helpful when it comes to Target’s Deal of the Day. Why? It takes the edge off some of the urgency. If there’s a hot item on sale for one day only, you can buy it without feeling totally locked in at that price. If you find a lower price a few days later, you can get a Target price match.
Keep in mind, Target won't price match Amazon Lightning Deals or other Prime-exclusive offers. Basically, if it requires an Amazon Prime login to get the offer, it’s not eligible for a price match.
4. Use your Target Circle Card for an extra 5% off the Deal of the Day.

Target’s Circle Card gives you 5% off almost everything at Target — even Black Friday sale prices, clearance items, and, most importantly, deals of the day.
You can sign up online for a Target Circle Card credit or debit card, but I definitely recommend the debit card version (you can read more about the versions in our guide to the Target Circle Card). It connects to your checking account and works like a regular debit card but only works at Target. Plus, you’ll get free 2-day shipping on all your orders.
