Those are cool, but they aren't as enticing as the coupon that pops up during the JCPenney Mystery Sale, which can be for either 30%, 40%, or 50% off. The Mystery Sale happens roughly four times a year, almost always on the Wednesday before Easter. So it's no real surprise that there's a JCPenney Mystery Sale happening now, March 27 - 30, 2024.
During the sale, you may receive a JCPenney coupon for either 30%, 40%, or 50% off (that's the "mystery" part of the whole shebang). The coupons arrive by either email or snail mail, depending on how you're signed up to receive mailers from JCPenny. If you don't receive anything in the mail, just ask a sales associate for a coupon in-store.
While you can't use the mystery coupon on JCPenney clearance, right now JCPenney Rewards members can earn a $10 reward on any qualifying $50 purchase. Then you'll be able to use that reward on JCP purchases you make between April 1 - 14, 2024. When is JCPenney's Mystery Sale?
This particular sale usually happens four times a year: March or April, August, October, and December. The first of 2024 ran from March 27 - 30, so we expect to see the next sale at some point during August.
Can I use two coupons at JCPenney?
Sorry, folks, that's a negative. You can't stack two coupons at JCPenney. However, you can use one coupon and one JCPenney Rewards voucher in a single transaction. That's as good a reason as any to sign up for a free JCP Rewards account. You receive 1 rewards point for every $1 spent. Once you hit 200 points, there's a $10 reward coming your way.
