I bought this product not expecting to write a review, but I need to pass the word. It is amazing!!! I hate to mop, I hate the cost associated with purchasing the pads, sprays, etc. Its a rip-off. So I bought this. and it was spectacular. The instructions were very explanatory. The bucket itself also had great markings. Whomever designed this put a great deal of time into making it the best product it could be. I read reviews. One said to fill it full and I agree so that the pad gets 100% moisture. One review said that the mop handle wasn’t sturdy. I disagree. It was as much if not more sturdy than the mops you buy in retail stores. one review said to make sure when extracting water to have the mop head go in straight. I agree and after a time or two, this is nothing, just a part of adapting to this awesome produce.
