CVS curbside pickup is free, quick, and easy. Plus, you can choose one of three pickup methods when your order is ready:

  1. Drive-thru pickup
  2. Curbside pickup
  3. In-store pickup

Here is how it works:


Get your CVS curbside pickup order started at a participating location near you.

While CVS curbside pickup is pretty awesome, it’s only available in the following states:

  • Massachusetts
  • New York
  • Oklahoma
  • Pennsylvania
  • Texas
  • Vermont


Browse from CVS’s list of suggested items online and start your order.

Once you’ve found a participating location, browse CVS’s list of suggested items for your specific store online. You can pick from the following:

  • Adult Care
  • Allergy Remedies
  • Baby Care
  • Cold Remedies
  • Digestive Health
  • Eye Care & Foot Care
  • Feminie Care
  • First Aid
  • Grocery & Snacks
  • Home Diagnostics & External Pain
  • Household
  • Pain Relief and Sleep Aids
  • Shaving, Hand & Body, Oral Hygiene
  • Vitamins

If you don’t see what you’re looking for online, call your local CVS and talk to an associate when you’re ready to place your order.


Call a participating CVS and place your order over the phone when you’re ready.

When you know what you want, call a participating CVS and speak to an associate. They’ll shop for you and get back to you within a 24-hour period to let you know when your order is ready for pickup.


Your CVS will let you know when your curbside order is ready.

If you place a drive-thru or in-store order, your associate will give you clear instructions as to when your order is ready so you can come pick it up. For curbside pickup orders, wait for confirmation that your order is ready and call your CVS when you arrive.


You can’t use manufacturer coupons on CVS curbside pickup orders.

Unfortunately, you can’t use coupons with your curbside pickup orders.


ExtraCare rewards members get CVS offers and can use ExtraBucks on curbside orders.

While you can’t use manufacturer coupons for curbside pickup orders, if you’re an ExtraCare rewards member, you can take advantage of CVS offers and even put your ExtraBucks towards your purchase. To do so, you need to be an ExtraCare rewards member (sign up here) and download the CVS app.

CVS Return Policy
