It’s no secret that the standout menu item at Red Lobster is their Cheddar Bay Biscuits.
These super addictive sides can now be a legit present for you or someone you love this year, as Red Lobster will start selling them in special gift boxes.
Are you hungry? Here’s what you need to know:
Cheddar Bay Biscuit gift boxes will cost $1 extra.
At my Red Lobster, a half-dozen order of Cheddar Bay Biscuits costs $2.49. If I wanted them placed in a festive red holiday box, it’s only $1 more, $3.49.
Perfect for that socially distanced holiday party or a Secret Santa drop-off.
The boxes will be available online only starting Nov. 16.
You’ll be able to get the biscuits in a gift box via RedLobster.com, for pickup orders (or delivery where available). It appears that the boxes will be for to-go orders only.
No telling if the biscuit-friendly ugly Christmas sweater will make a comeback.
Last year, Red Lobster sold special edition ugly Christmas sweaters, complete with a special Cheddar Bay Biscuits insulated pocket.
Those sweaters sold for $40, and featured knitted designs of lobsters, biscuits, and shrimp.
Or you could just make your own biscuits at home.
A few years back, we posted the make-it-at-home recipe for Cheddar Bay Biscuits.
It’s probably a little more expensive than 2014 prices, but back then it cost just $3.47 to make 15 biscuits!
