The Starbucks Holiday Menu has officially been released. We'll see the coffee chain's annual holiday makeover on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025. So far, no new drink announcements, but we're seeing a new Polar Bear Cake Pop and a Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread, plus a new Hello Kitty x Starbucks collab on a line of new Starbucks holiday cups.
Yes, the fan-fave Eggnog Latte will be back, but you're going to have to wait for it. There are two waves of the Starbucks holiday menu:
-
Nov. 6: Alongside the return of the Peppermint Mocha on Nov. 6, you'll see holiday flavor favorites like Gingerbread, Sugar Cookie, and Caramel Brulee.
-
Later Date TBD: The Eggnog Latte return until later in the season — and there's a rumored change for 2025 that may be a little controversial.
Starbucks prices are hard to predict right now, especially after the hundreds of store closures this fall. And Starbucks deals increasingly rare. But here are all the details on the new menu drops, the potential Eggnog Latte change, and a few tips for how to save on Starbucks when the new menu arrives next month. We'll update with official prices when we get them.
What KCL Experts Say You Should Know
-
Expect four seasonal drinks and five seasonal treats.
-
The only new items on the holiday menu so far this year are the Polar Bear Cake Pop and Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread.
-
The Hello Kitty x Starbucks merchandise hits shelves on Nov. 6 and features five Starbucks Holiday cups and a Hello Kitty plush. Prices range from $24.95 - $34.95 for this collection.
-
The Eggnog Latte and Chestnut Praline Latte are also returning, but at a later date that's not yet announced.
-
You won't see any new Refreshers or cold foams on the menu this year.
-
The Eggnog Latte could have an ingredient change: a powdered eggnog instead of liquid.
The Starbucks Holiday Menu is pretty standard this year.
Starbucks is pretty predictable when it comes to new menu launches. For the past three years, we've seen the new menu and Starbucks holiday cups drop on the first Thursday of November.
They're also getting more predictable with their drink offerings with fewer new or innovative flavors. But if you're a fan of the classic Starbucks Holiday Menu, they'll have everything you've been missing for the past 10 months.
Here are the drinks and treats that'll hit the Starbucks menu on Nov. 6:
-
Peppermint Mocha
-
Caramel Brulee Latte
-
Iced Sugar Cookie Latte
-
Iced Gingerbread Chai
-
Polar Bear Cake Pop
-
Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread
-
Cranberry Bliss Bar
-
Sugar Plum Cheese Danish
-
Snowman Cookie
Almost all of Starbucks holiday drinks are available hot, iced, or in Frappuccino form. If your fave flavor isn't listed the way you want it, ask your barista if they can make it for you (there's only so much room on the menu boards, y'all).
The Eggnog Latte returns (on a later date TBD), but may have different ingredients.
After being discontinued and left off the 2021 Starbucks Holiday Menu (to many customers' disappointment), the Eggnog Latte makes its return in 2025. But this year we're hearing that it'll be made from an eggnog powder.
Multiple social pages, including Facebook and Reddit, have had Starbucks employees sharing images of incoming ingredients for the holiday launch. One ingredient that stands out is an Eggnog Sweet Powder Component. Many baristas theorize that this will replace the liquid eggnog in the drink, as eggnog would often clog the steaming wands.
For now, we'll celebrate its return and hope it tastes like the original.
It's returning later, along with the Chestnut Praline Latte, on a date that's still to be determined.
Here are a few tips to get free drinks or discounted deals on the new menu.
While I don't see a lot of Starbucks deals and coupons in our future, I do have a few tips to save money at Starbucks.
Get free drinks with Starbucks Rewards.
Sign up for Starbucks Rewards and scan your unique bar code every visit to earn Stars. The 100-Star tier gets you a free hot or iced coffee or tea, and it’s the best rewards tier because you can get the highest return on your initial purchase.
Always pay with a Starbucks card.
If you purchase a drink on Triple Star Day and pay with a registered Starbucks card, you'll essentially earn 5x Stars — a $5 drink (pre-tax) would earn 30 Stars instead of five.
Check your Starbucks app for offers.
Starbucks app users often get in-app deals offers. While I don't predict a ton of offers in November, I do think you'll see offers for Bonus Stars on multiple orders and 1 - 2 discounted promotional deals throughout the month.
Order a holiday drink on Red Cup Day for a free cup.
Starbucks Red Cup Day is an annual event where you get a free 16-ounce reusable cup when you order any of the limited-edition holiday drinks. I'm predicting this year's Red Cup Day will be on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025.
