Lowe's Mother's Day Flower Giveaway 2025: What to Expect Next Year

The Lowe's Mother's Day Giveaway happened for the first time in May 2022, and it was pretty easy: If you registered and attended the event last spring, you walked away with a free flower and Lowe's coupons to use on your next purchase.

In 2024, the flower giveaway was only for MyLowe's Rewards members who reserved a plant for pickup befoe the two-day event.

While we don't have all the details about next year's event yet, we predict it will take place on May 10 - 11. Here's what you can expect for the Lowe's Mother's Day giveaway in 2025.

Lowe's Flower Giveaway is a once-a-year, two-day event that gives MyLowe's Rewards members a free flowering plant.

Once a year, Lowe's gives away a free 1-pint flowering plant to their MyLowe's Rewards members. The annual event takes place over Mother's Day weekend.

KCL predicts the next Lowe's Flower Giveaway will start on May 10, 2025.

Based on the last few years, we predict Lowe's annual flower giveaway will run from Saturday, May 10 through Sunday, May 11, 2025. It will likely be an exclusive freebie for rewards members and require pre-registration before the event start date.

We base our prediction on the start dates over the last three years:

MyLowe's Rewards members must reserve a plant through the Lowe’s app or website.

If you're a MyLowe's Rewards members, you can grab your free 1-pint flowering plant, ONLY if you reserve your plant through your MyLowe's Rewards account in the Lowes app or online at Lowes.com before the event start date. In 2025, we anticipate that will be May 10.

Download the Lowe's app if you don't already have it then follow these steps to create a MyLowe's account.

• First, you'll need to click Create Account.

• Next, you need to either click Sign In or Create an account and enter your name, address, phone number and email. Tap Continue.

• Earn 100 reward points by selecting one or more interests. Lowe's will personalize your shopping experience and deals based on your choices. That's it!

Lowe’s Events Ahead of Mother’s Day 2025

Lowe’s SpringFest Sale: April 3 - May 1 (predicted)

Lowe’s SpringFest Sale lasts for about four weeks and has some of the best lawn and garden deals you’ll find all year, like $2 mulch, $0.25 pavers and more.

Lowe’s Free Spring Workshop Series: April 5 - 19 (predicted)

As part of Lowe’s Spring Workshop Series, MyLowe’s Rewards members can attend in-store workshops like these for free:

• Plant-Potting Workshop

• Build a Garden Cart Planter Kids’ Workshop

• How to Make a Salsa Garden

If you register online ahead of time and attend one of these workshops, Lowe's typically offers a free $10 coupon to use on your next $75 Lowe’s purchase to attendees.

Lowe’s Free Kids’ Workshops: April 19 and May 3 (predicted)

Look for Lowe’s to have a couple of Kids’ Workshops ahead of Mother’s Day 2025:
