Poppy Seed Chicken

4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed – $5.32
1 cup sour cream – $0.75
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup- $1.00
1 tsp minced garlic – $0.03
1 Tbsp lemon juice – $0.15
1 1/2 rolls of crushed Ritz crackers – $0.93
1/2 cup melted butter – $0.50
1 Tbsp poppy seeds – $0.53

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cooked, cubed chicken evenly in a 9×13 pan; set aside.

2.  In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream and condensed soup until well combined. Add garlic and lemon juice. Pour soup mixture over chicken.

3. Mix Ritz cracker crumbs with melted butter and poppy seeds. Sprinkle evenly over chicken mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbly. Serve over rice.
